Help Wanted Effective March 2012:

Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manger wanted for Morro Bay Location. 

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM.

Responsibilities

-          Provides Technical and Administrative support to Sales people/Producers in the writing of new business and retention of current business.

-          Regular interaction with Current and Prospective insurance clients, in-person, via email and telephone.

-          Quoting of new/prospective commercial insurance clients with our various companies.

-          Servicing of existing clients by processing various change requests or answering client concerns

-          Preparing renewal quotes and proposals for existing clients

-          Recommend & explain various coverages to clients

-          Checking requested policies for accuracy

-          Preparation of daily mail and answering of telephone

Qualifications

-          Must be California Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed with 3+ years of experience

-          Solid working knowledge of Commercial lines insurance

-          Proficient in typing and the operation of computers, scanners, and various office technology

-          Should be comfortable working with various Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

-          Must possess Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-          Must be organized with a strong attention to detail

-          Must be Positive in outlook and attitude and work well as a member of a team

-          Must enjoy interacting with people and have a heart for great customer service

-          Bilingual (both spoken and written) in both English & Spanish preferred.

-          Experience with Applied Systems TAM software preferred

Salary dependent upon experience.
